How does selling on Vestiaire Collective work?
Listing your items is free on Vestiaire Collective. Once you make a sale, a Selling Fee of 12%* will be deducted from the final price of your sale. All items priced between $100 USD and $16,500 USD have a selling fee of 12%. Items below $100 USD have a fixed selling fee of $12 USD.
What happens when you sell on Vestiaire?
You pay nothing to list your items on Vestiaire Collective, but you'll pay a 12% Selling Fee when you make a sale. Vestiaire will deduct this from the final price. Items priced below £100 have a fixed £12 Selling Fee, whilst items priced above £16,500 have a fixed fee of £2000.
How does Vestiaire Collective pay sellers?
Once we have shipped the item, we'll issue your payment the next working day. The amount will be reflected in your bank account within 5 working days, or your PayPal account within 24 hours. Don't forget to make sure your payment details are up to date and correct — we don't want anything to hold up your payment!
How long does it take to sell on Vestiaire Collective?
If you've already created a listing and you're wondering when it will be live, this usually takes up to 24 hours but could take up to 48 hours.
Is it safe to sell on Vestiaire Collective?
Their quality control is not working properly and no one takes responsibility. Customer service just ignored me for 3 days via chat and email and just cancelled the sale stating that the buyer cancelled the sale. I was in contact with the buyer who did not cancel the sale and also got no reply from them whatsoever.

If we have any doubt about an item's authenticity, or we are not able to confirm that the item perfectly matches the description provided by the seller, the item will be refused. If an item has undergone aesthetic alterations, our experts will refuse the item and the buyer will be refunded.
